Mitch is a Victorian Paper Mache Inkwell and pen stand

He is finished in traditional black lacquer.

Larger tan average stand with space for long pens and a large inkwell.

The pretty border design typical Victorian era with is hand painted gilding and intricate detailed handwork of abalone shell inlay. 

Mitch has some wear to his surface but is structurally sound.

He has a few scuffs and lots of crazing on his lacquer which adds to his antique charm.
