The Director Lucy - French Silver Gilt and Enamel Fob Watch

Lucy is a superb ladies early Victorian red enamelled silver gilt and pocket fob watch

Her beautiful dial is in enamel with red numerals.

Lucy is stunningly decorated on her rear in guilloche enamel with finely detailed and golden fleur-de-lis symbols.

Hallmarked and stamped inside of the case: ‘Fauvette HAD’, Swiss, 935, ARGENT DORE which means: silver gilt., together with a number 2819 and two lion stamps.

She has some enamel loss along the edge. Not working.

Her internal clockwork is Swiss made, marked with Avance Retard

She dates early Victorian 1819 - 1838

Lucy is a good looking beaut, but note she is currently not in working order. Her wear consistent with age as she has been previously owned with visible signs of wear to her red enamel
