Victorian Silver Folding Fruit Knife 1875

This is a stunning silver blade folding fruit knife.

Its  natural mother of pearl handle is fabulously engraved on both sides

His silver blade is beautifully engraved on one sides.

His sculptured Mother of pearl handle had a silver plain cartouche

Hallmarked 1875 with makers marked Thomas Marples Sheffield

The blade has been has been well used and shows scratches and wear especially at the blade tip which has been broken off. However it is in good mother of earl and spring back condition for its age

Dimensions is 13.5cm long and 8cm folded.
