Quality design with a teapot style body and a slim elongated thin spout ideal for house plants

He has an unusual scalloped fixed half lid opening 

He is in good quality original EPNS Silver Plate

Small old seam repair to lower edge, not too noticeable.

He dates late Victorian/Edwardian era 

The maker is Pinder Bros. Marked Warranted Hard Soldered 9704

He would also look particularly impressive as a flower vessel
