He is in a grainy dark olive colour leather in oval shape hinge lid

Brass fixture lock in working order

His grey and pink, tassel fixed securely to one end and a metal bracket possible for string at his other end

Mitch has a metal ring fixture inside is body, to hold something in place. maybe a fob watch 

His clasped  lid reveals a light grey grosgrain silk taffeta lined lid and base

He has surface scratches and patina from use especially noticeable on his lid. Also some colour fade across his leather surface.
