The Mixologist Meg - Antique Black Lacquer Paper Mache Box

The Mixologist Meg is a handmade antique paper mache lidded pot.

Originally this box was for containing powder puff and would sometimes contain a swan feather puff

Her pretty red poppy, white daisy white floral and rose design is typical Victorian Chinoiserie which is hand painted all around the body and lid.

She is finished in traditional black lacquer and her inside is also finished in the traditional plain black or red lacquer. 

Meg has some general wear to the lacquer, some wear to the artwork and chips along the edges, otherwise she is in good usable condition.

Perfect size for storing tea lights, beads, cotton pads. Be creative with your end use
