Josh is a fine example of traditional of a rare antique vesta case. I've never come across one in mother of pearl before and i'm excited for you as you have the opportunity to own something truly rare and beautiful. This making him very desirable.

Decorated in wonderful geometric diamond panelling detail  on all sides, with a serrated match striker on the base

He has a hinged lid and with a sprung silver push button to the side which opens and securely closes tight

He has bone edging around the box rim and lid rim

His mother of pearl panels are all there, has some wear throughout due to age and use. Minor chip at the base and one small hairline crack visible at the back
