The Director Penny - Antique Treen Wooden Biscuit Mould

The Director Penny is a delightful and wooden rectangle speculaas biscuit / cookie mould

She is made from a fruit wood or oak and has carved images on both sides which is unusual 

One piece of solid wood and carved image of traditional dress Burmese figures total of 10 different images

Penny has mild external patin but her mould detailing appears to be of various ages and use and some are more worn than others

Penny it is in good sturdy condition and free from wood worm.

Difficult to date this piece but desirable decorative and still functional cookie mould or just a piece of art

Very tactile item to handle
