Mel is wonderful heavy platter serving tray 

An antique silver-plated rectangular featuring an ornate beautiful deep decorative leaf surface engraving.

She has a raised scroll border edge with cast fruiting grapevine border and matching twin handles with finely chased scroll and foliate. 

Mel rests on 4 shallow rounded feet

She has some patina to the silver plating from use and age showing of her antique charm

Mel is in good strong condition, suitable for serving drinks, canapés, afternoon tea, or as a centrepiece base for candles or charcuterie boards. Be creative with your end use.
