She has a silver plate seal

Beautifully hand carved agate semi precious stone

Usually used when sealing letter and documents with an ornamental or letter monogram design.

Natural stone, no chips or cracks just general wear and patina to the metal. 

The end is monogrammed with the letters  L M  in Gothic script font
