Victorian  horn handle with white metal ends and with steel helix

She has some patina and lovely wear to her horn with some chips and scratched throughout up from many years of use.  

Extremely well made and in very solid condition, she is in great usable strong condition 

Screw into the cork, with direct pull action for removal.
