He is hand Blown in a candy cane stripe of blue and  navy ribbons of glass.  This method termed "striato" or "spirale"

Referred to as 'Art Glass' this bottle is a small and incredibly rare piece of craftsmanship.  It is an example of the best artistry of Venetian glass.

This technique is a typical style of Italian glass from the Venice / Murano area.

His body is free from cracks or chips. He does have small chip to the top petal of his lip dropper.
