He is hand Blown in a candy cane stripe of blue and  navy ribbons of glass.  This method termed "striato" or "spirale"

This technique is a typical style of Italian glass from the Venice / Murano area.

His body is free from cracks or chips. He does have small chip to th tp petal of his lip dropper.
