The Artist Christine - Antique Amethyst Glass Decanter

The Artist Christine is a  beautifully English crafted handblown antique glass Mell  decanter

Her body is a ship stye, bulbous round bottom base with a long narrow neck.

She is handblown from glass in a deep purple colour and has a pontil formed base.  Christine being in the most sought after colour of amethyst. 

Christine would have originally have been used for wine or spirits.

Christine is in great condition no cracks only a few scratches from age and use, and a tiny nibble at spout which appears to be original to make

Today she will be perfect for your favourite full bodied red, spirt or even infused olive oil. Be creative with your end use.
