This is san Edwardian Mother of Pearl and silver blade folding fruit knife

His natural mother of pearl handle is of a simple smooth sleek finish 

sterling silver blade is thicker than the average fruit knife at 2mm when they are usual below 1mm

The spine and mount is beautifully engraved 

His sliver cartouche is vacant for an engraving

Hallmarked Sheffield 1909

Makers is William Nowill (in partnership with John Nowill)

A few small natural ware scratch on his blade, otherwise is good quality
