Antique Silver and Mother of Pearl Folding Fruit Knife

This is a wonderful small mother of pearl silver bladed folding fruit knife.

Its mother of pearl handle has pink chatoyancy and is beautifully engraved with design of acanthus swirls. 

Hallmarked Sheffield 1908 

Maker is Joseph Rodgers accompanied with its star & cross symbol trade mark 

Plain cartouche vacant for custom engraving

The silver blade is worn at the very tip and throughout due to use and age

Dimensions 10.8cm long, 6.5cm folded.
