Anne is a vintage advertising tin for confectionary
She is a rare tin, with and image of The Price Of Wales on her inner lid which once held toffees made by Sovereign Lowton, Lancaster England. This would have sat in ta grocery store with the lid open to show off the assortments of toffees and the fabulous designs of the inside lid. This is why the top is plain and the design is on the inside lid.
She is made of tinplate, printed with bight colours and has printed "Our Prince Assortment Sovereign Lowton"
Anne have some scratches and wear throughout and extensive external rusty and patina showing her true used vintage charm. She is well used with some scuffs and marks.
Her hinged lid fit securely to her opening
Her inside has some patina and is in a usable condition
