Stunning piece of antique history craftsmanship

Jade an oval silver plaque (cartouche) which is a blank space for monogram.

Marek JF could be James Fenton, but not sure
Jade opens and closes superbly with good tension and no spring back when in the closed position.
She has a hairline split in the back across her centre pin. Other wise she is in good condition especially for her age.
