The Director Hope - Antique Black Lacquer Paper Mache Letter Folio Blotter

The Director Hope is a stunning handmade Victorian paper mache ink blotter / letter folio

She is an A5 folder finished in traditional black lacquer and lined in printed paper, with a some tears on the left side top layer

The pretty floral design is typical Victorian chinoiserie of flowers which is hand painted and finished with abalone shell inlay around her stunning boarder.

Hope has some general wear and minor cracking to his lacquer, due to age and use, she also has a chip in her bottom right corner

She is still in a usable condition, with string spine
