The Mixologist Sal - Antique Confectionery & Tin Dice Game

Sal is a nostalgic Art Deco antique tin for confectionary 

She is a good size rectangle shape with Japanese image scenes of birds and mountains, specially cranes and mount fuji. This is a very rare collectors piece in muted colours of yellow, blue, red and green.

This uniques piece has a fully working mechanical dice game that spins. It contains its small original dice.  

This tin would have contained toffees which is typical confectionary example for vintage and antique tins. 

This highly decorated piece is in good quality heavy tin plate and high quality screen print on a thick tin body.

Sal has some scratches and wear throughout and mild external patina showing her true used vintage charm. Her inside is a shiny gold tone finish with some wear to her finish.

Her hinged lid opens smoothly and fits securely to her opening

Sal is English and dates 1920c

A truly rare find to discover a 'pre repurposed'  tin from this era with the brand encouraging sustainable values.
